Never have I ever been disappointed. I grabbed a pack that had been resealed with tape. Usually no big deal. But to find cans that look like the tops are ready to explode and can't even open anymore on its own, looks bad. Whoever the employee was who thought this was okay to put back on your shelves probably needs re training. Just letting you know.

Other than that, love coming to this location!

Really cool experience! Some beer a little short dated that we purchased but had a fun time perusing. Got carded for looking 30 and under - that was a good laugh. Thanks for that.

I just came into the store to buy some wine on my way to my new home. No one greeted me at the store. It was hard to find the wine that I wanted. When I asked for assistance it was hard to find anyone. Very different from the North Miami Beach location. Once I found the wine I wanted to I went to check out. Amalfi the cashier had a nasty attitude and gave me a hard time with purchasing the wine. One of the worst experiences I have encountered from a Total Wines establishment. I will be following up to report her. It’s important to be friendly to ALL customers no matter their background. ***UPDATE: Eric the District Manager reached back out to me to follow up on the incident. He was understanding and took my report seriously. He apologized and informed me he spoke with the cashier. I truly appreciate his help and outstanding service. Positive attitude and over the top communication. Thank you so much for following up!

I frequently shop there and being someone who was born with youthful looks, the staff most of the time is incredibly rude. Like TODAY, I was buying non alcoholic beer which shouldn't matter but the female cashier said I'll need to see my id, i look 16 and laughed, the guy behind didn't find it funny and I didn't either. Being in my 30s, I constantly get it, I can't change it. Customer service was supposed to be about treating the customer with respect and being helpful, judging me based off my appearance is extremely rude. Ask for my id and look at it and STFU!

My recent visit to Total Wine & More at Legacy Place was an exceptional experience. As a wine enthusiast, I was truly impressed by the vast selection of wines from all over the world. The store was well-organized, making it easy to navigate through different regions and varieties. Each aisle was a journey through different countries and their unique wine flavors.

What stood out the most was the knowledgeable and friendly staff. They were eager to help, offering recommendations based on my preferences and introducing me to new selections I had never considered before. I will never shop here again. I started a collection of bourbon about a year ago. I have spent alot of money at this store to be a part of the rewards program to be invited for special drops. I have been invited to 4 separate drops and have never been selected. It's all a scam. It's all about them getting you to spend money on their products with no chance of winning anything special. There is no reward for spending your hard earned money with this company. Likewise at ABC I have been selected at least 6 times this year. I will not be returning to Total Wine.
