Been there for eyebrow waxing, regular manicure and pedicure a few times…. Vivian does a great job! Very clean facility. Highly recommend, will be back!

I went in on 1/6/2023, and Mandy was at the front. I explained to her in the nicest way that I was particular about my nails and she said she’d do them. I was okay with that and sat down for my pedicure and she came over and at first I thought she was nice but after I started pointing out the mishaping of some of them and asking her to reshape them she starting getting upset snatching my hand and not responding to me. After she put the gel on I thought she would clean my nails from the extra shellac that rolled to the sides and clean underneath she got so upset. She grabbed my hand and immediately cut me with the nail file so I told her to stop and let me pay because I was so mad. She kept insisting that I let her do her job but she wasn’t doing to began with and was going to let me walk out with my nails looking dusty. It was horrible. I paid and still left a $10 tip for her and the lady who did my toes and btw my bill was $105. I contacted Tony who is the owner and I have heard nothing yet. But be aware this nail shop was perfect the first time I came but this last time was not okay. Don’t go to Mandy she’s rude and disrespectful.

Didn’t plan to come to this salon, but I’m so glad I did. They absolutely delivered what i wanted and it came out better than the reference pictures. Such sweet ladies and amazing service for my very first experience at a nail salon. Now i only trust them with my nails and will 100% be coming back. I highly encourage coming to this place!

I got my nails done by Katie! One of the best employees there. The nails i got were amazingly done by her. It was a good experience and i would definitely come again!!

My sister and I got our nails done and we had the worse experience. Customer service isn’t bad but the over all service was awful I don’t even need to explain the pictures say enough. I went back the next day to get the shape redone and she barley filed and said there you go and I explained to her that my nails are so uneven it’s the length not the shape and she did the same thing and said she was done .

Worst customer service ever. Completely humiliated my 10 year old niece. I called prior to bringing my 2 nieces there. I asked specifically how much were a regular pedi for my oldest niece and how much for my younger niece, I was told $20 for the youngest. I dropped my two nieces there next thing you know I’m getting a phone call from someone at the salon stating that there was no way that my niece was 11 because she was bigger than her 21 year old sister in front of my niece. My niece was completely embarrassed. Once I picked my nieces up, the oldest one told me that someone there stated they did not want to work with neither one of them and had someone else to do their nails. I was also informed that they were talked about the entire time as if they were scum on the ground and given ugly stares the entire time!
NEVER AGAIN! FIRST AND LAST TIME!
BY THE WAY, NOT EVERY KIDS WILL BE THE SAME SIZE! LETS HOPE NO ONE EVER EMBARRASSES YOUR KIDS THEY WAY YOU DID MY NIECE!

These are pictures of my nails as well as my daughters nails less than 24 hrs after visiting. They refused to refund my money and only wanted to “fix” them. That’s a hard no because what about my child’s nails? How am i going to know you won’t mess them up AGAIN!? My nails are sore and on fire, i have 4 different shapes, polish is all on the side of my fingers. It’s awful.

My wife and i used to go hear all the time it seems like the management has changed or something because the last few times have not been great. And we finally got tired of sub par service and walked out today. We miss Mandi. So We went to the Vintage nail place and we're treated great. Linzie and Thihn were great
