To begin with, Ora Flagler Village has been home for us for 2.5 years and what can I say except how grateful I am to this complex and people who work in here. Our experience has been amazing throughout those years. Of course, as every other place you live in there’s misunderstandings with neighbors, leasing office etc. But, to be fair, there’s never been a problem that couldn’t be solved by Erika or Brenda. These wonderful ladies been here for us every step of the journey. They’re very helpful, honest, caring. Always finding a way to help others out, quick to respond for a trouble that you mentioned to them and never let down. It’s a great place to be at, where everything is close to your house, where it’s safe for living, cool amenities and fun people who live and run in this place. If you’re willing to live in Fort Lauderdale and experience an amazing community as we did - Ora Flagler is a place to be in. Special thanks to Erika for being here for us all the time and for being such a wonderful and understanding person. And thanks to every member of the team for doing a great job.

I’ve been living in this apartment complex for over a year, and it has truly exceeded my expectations in every way. The place is impeccably clean, from the hallways to the common areas. It’s clear that they take cleanliness seriously, which makes the whole environment feel fresh and inviting. The luxury touches are noticeable, especially with the modern appliances and sleek design that make it feel high-end without losing that homey vibe.

Safety is a top priority here. I’ve never felt unsafe, thanks to the well-lit parking areas and security features in place. The community is also super friendly—neighbors are respectful and management really goes the extra mile to make you feel welcome.

Speaking of management, Brenda, the head manager, is fantastic! She’s approachable, efficient, and always ready to help with any concerns. The maintenance team is top-notch too. Juan, the maintenance manager, and Jesus, his assistant manager, are quick to respond to any issues and keep everything running smoothly. They’re both so professional and friendly, always making sure the property is in excellent shape.

Overall, this place truly feels like home, with a perfect balance of luxury and comfort. Highly recommend!

Wrote this on Yelp but figured more people would see it here. Most of the ratings are great, have no idea why anyone would rate 1 star. I've lived at ORA since September 2019, and honestly I can say this is the best building in the area for multiple reasons. Yes there are some cons (i.e. if you have guests there's no way to let them in from your unit - but with that comes extra security). It's hard to get in if you don't live here, which, as a resident is something I appreciate. Less strangers roaming the halls. Feel completely safe here.

Shoutout to Juan who is insanely responsive and super friendly to maintenance requests. He really goes above and beyond. Erika is so sweet and I love working with her. Same goes to Brenda who really cares about the property. I swear, if any of you guys leave I'd reconsider living here lol! The people are really one of the biggest reasons why I stay here. Even if you don't need anything it's always nice to see everyone around the community. Not to out them, but they live here, which I'm sure plays a part in why they care so much. Here's a tip if you're touring other places: ask the managers or maintenance if they live in the building. If no one does, that's a red flag.

Units are beautiful and great quality. I really look for build quality and attention to detail. If you go to many other "luxury" buildings they are made with cheap appliances and poor craftsmanship; are very basic. ORA is one of the few buildings that has 11 foot ceilings on all floors (except first floor is higher), carpet in most units (which I like for noise reduction and comfort; but they have been switching lately to vinyl), kitchen islands, pendant lighting, under cabinet lighting, fans in every bedroom. Even the extra stuff matters like a nice thick molding (painted a different color than the walls for contrast) or different light fixtures for the dining area, different tile in the bathrooms (some places cheap out and have the same floor throughout the whole place). The attention to detail is amazing here. I've transferred a few times to upgrade - but in all of the units I've never heard my next door neighbors. You may get unlucky if you have a family living on top of you with a toddler who is thomping or throwing things on the floor - which I'm dealing with right now but you can't hear any voices, TV, nothing.

Maintenance team is absolutely amazing. Super friendly. fixes any "issues" immediately which are not common. The building is maintained daily. From lawn mowing, vacuuming the hallways. They powerwash the garage at least once a year which I'm sure is expensive lol. But let me tell you, those are the things that people take for granted and I greatly appreciate them! Amazon, FedEx, UPS, all deliver directly to your door. Never had any issues with elevators (which again, I see all the time in other buildings). Leasing staff is very friendly. I've had brief but pleasurable experiences with Nick and Paige.

I'm writing this because I was curious about other buildings and gone on many tours recently - like at least 10 to see what's out there. Other buildings don't even have recycling and have trash backed up. You can tell ORA cares for the units and I will always recommend it. Because once you try looking elsewhere in the area, good luck getting the same quality and care. That's why it's so hard to leave this place. Pricing goes in waves but I always feel ORA is less than other buildings in the area as well.

If you're quiet, professional, definitely move here.

My partner and I had a GREAT experience with Brenda and Nick. Nick was very detailed about the apartments and showed us everything we needed to see. Brenda allowed us to come to our tour appointment early. The apartment rooms are beautiful! Very spacious and clean we also loved the high ceilings. We look forward to possibly calling Ora our new home in Jan 2025 ?

I had a wonderful experience with the leasing agent, Nicole at Ora in Flagler Village. Not only was she professional, but also warm, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about the complex.

She took the time to answer all my questions and show me around the property.

The amenities available here are amazing too, and the apartment itself is beautiful and spacious. Tons of storage and extra large closets!
The entire leasing process was seamless and stress-free. I highly recommend Ora and their great team to anyone looking for a luxurious living space in the Flagler Village area!

The Building is kept very clean all the time; Brenda and Erika are very professionals, organized and friendly.

Juan and Jesus also do a fantastic, exceptional job in coming to your apartment very quickly and doing all maintenance work you require, they are amazing people and have all the know how of maintenance.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is terrible the management is horrible! Brenda is extremely unhelpful and argumentative with the residents. There was an ongoing cockroach and ant infestation throughout my whole lease. Dogs would go to the bathroom on the carpet in the hallways. The amenities are never kept up with. For what you would be paying there are significantly nicer buildings in the area. The construction across the street is also extremely loud and disruptive throughout the night. Terrible place to live.
