I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Ora and his entire staff. From the very first phone call thru the end of the visit, all the staff was so friendly and compassionate. I had to bring my son in due to some really bad tooth pain. Not only did they get him in the same day I called, they corrected the issue at that appointment. They communicated everything they were doing to my son so he wasn’t taken off guard by anything. They truly went above and beyond and I have a feeling they are like that with all their patients. I scheduled the rest of my family of 6 for appointments and that went well too. So thankful for this dental office!

I saw Dr. Ora for the first time today - I am an extremely fearful patient due to previous bad experiences throughout the years with other dentists & because of that, I've avoided the dentist for far too long. I had a tooth crack & knew I needed to go in. I picked Dr. Ora based off of all of the reviews & i was NOT disappointed. He has THE best bedside manner I've ever experienced in dental care. He was kind & compassionate the entire way through & never made me feel ashamed & even had me laughing a couple times. He took his time to walk me through everything & I can tell he genuinely cares. His staff was also wonderful & easy to work with. While I'm nervous to go back (per usual), for the first time EVER I'm not completely dreading having to go back. Thank you Dr. Ora!

The service was friendly and seemed good. I only went there 3 or 4 years. I was disappointed that they discontinued accepting my insurance but on reflection, Dr. Ora replaced a crown with one that has a cusp that juts into my mouth and feels odd so I guess it's just as well.

Our family has been going to Dr. Ora for a few years now. I have high anxiety with any dental work, and Dr. Ora is always patient and kind. He and the office staff are all so wonderful. My kids are comfortable at visits too, which is a big plus.

My family and I been coming here for years and have always been a big fan of Dr.Ora and the establishment but I am now looking for a new dentist. I made an”emergency” appointment because I needed to get in fast and they told me they were more then a month out. I get it the worlds messed up right now. I said ok no problem and took the appointment. A week before I got my postcard in the mail reminding me of my appointment at 12:00. The day of my appointment comes and I get a call at 11:00 saying I missed my appointment and that to get my urgent issue addressed I would need to reschedule another month out but it’s okay because I can still get a teeth cleaning that day… I have the post card to prove my appointment time and the receptionist said she doesn’t care… I do not like a “family” business having no regards for my health and well being.

I switched from a different practice in the area, and couldn't be happier that I did! My only regret is that I didn't find Dr. Ora, years ago. Today, he fixed two fillings, thar had just recently been done at the other practice. It was such a simple and painless process. Summary of the diffence...
- I couldn't feel the numbing shots. In the past they always caused me a lot of discomfort.
- I walked out and I could talk and still move my tounge! That has NEVER happened!
- I'm used to going through the drilling process for a very long time. Dr. Ora was so fast wirh this, that when he was finished with my tooth, I was in disbelief. I figured I had at least another hour to to complete the first filling!
- Dr. Ora and the hygienist were hilarious! I could have sat there and talked to them for hours! I actually was relaxed and enjoyed being at the dentist.
- Their pricing is much more affordable!
- I left with the perfect bite! Nothing was left too high, and honestly this is a first for me.
- Dr. Ora informed me of everything he was doing before he did it.
- Kind office! Every staff member, including the receptionist were just so sweet.
I am switching all of my children, and my husband over to Dr. Ora.

Hands down the BEST experience I have had at the dentist (and I’ve had my fair share of experiences!). I needed a filling done on my wisdom tooth and Dr. Ora nailed it. The numbing has always been the worst part for me but he was so good I didn’t feel a thing. You can tell he really cares about what he’s doing and the procedure didn’t take long at all.

My family has been going to Dr.Ora for YEARS. I have no idea what changed, but we were never charged for anything that we received, as far as cleanings and such. This year we were billed from years ago and when we asked about it, they said that they are just now catching up on things. I called today to ask when my last cleaning was since and she (Sherri) had the biggest attitude from the start. She then said “do you want to take care of your balance today?” To which I replied that I already had paid it. She then says “oh so you’re not gonna pay it like everyone else?” THEN HUNG UP ON ME. I proceeded to call back and asked for a manager which she replied “I am the manager.” Dr.Ora is great, Sherri is NOT. I will not go back here ever, EVER AGAIN!
