Wie der Name schon sagt liegt das Hotel direkt am Flughafen. Das ist zum einen sehr praktisch, zum anderen aber hört man den Fluglärm speziell in den Zimmern richtung Straße.||An sonsten ist das Quality Suites jedoch ein hervorragendes Hotel. Die Zimmer sind rießen groß und sehr sauber. Es fehlt nichts an Ausstattung. Ein Highlight ist dann das Frühstück. Hier wird auf Bestellung frisch für einen zubereitet. Sei es pan cakes oder omlett, jeder Wunsch wird erfüllt.||Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist super und überhaupt kann ich das Hotel jedem nur sehr empfehlen der in der Gegend ist. Jederzeit wieder.

Hi we selected this hotel as we saw great reviews about it.
First if you are staying in this hotel carry body wash and conditioner, they don't provide that . They only provide shampoo. If you / your kid has rabbit to use tissues in a good proportion to clean your , then they have strict instructions don't use it too much as toilet gets blocked.
They are always out of face towels , hand towels or blankets.
Hot breakfast vegetarian has only 2 option pan cake and Hash brown and worst part is you have to give coupon to lady to serve it ok you behind counter. No toast , no great coffee ( usually cold) . They have no toast, no fruits or no muffins. Atleast i would not recommend to my vegetarian friends who wants to have a good breakfast to start a day . Secondly It was weired why they had things behind counter , so you get limited food. 2 pancakes and little bit of hash brown. They really should add options for there breakfast or stop giving it and charge separately.

Won't recommend it all to anyone.

Horrible experience, no cart and the receptionist would tell you they cant find it because it is 11pm and that they are probably inside one of the rooms.
The food which is important is the same everyday and it is a kids meal size.
Tossed away our mittens in the trash bin. Nothing is good in this place. Better stay at holiday Inn
Do not forget the Wifi is terrible, cant load a video.
The gate leading to the backside parking closes at 11pm. Does not make sense since you have the ecard.

Nice hotel overall. Friendly staff. Large room in used-hard-but-taking-it-well condition. Great pool area. Breakfast was great but no hot sauce. Only ketchup. Door keys seem to demagnetize easily. Had to get my key rewritten twice.

I booked the Studio King Suite for two nights.
Hotel lobby is clean. Beautiful courtyard. Plenty of parking but not enough cameras.

The checkin process was easy. No issues.
There is a hold $200 for incidentals. In my opinion is it a bit much for a place like this.

Rooms are spacious but needs an upgrade.
The only issue I had was the bed bugs. After the first night, I thought they would change my sheets (while I was working) they didn't. I slept on the couch. In all of my years of traveling and staying at hotels , this is my first time - encounter with a bed bug.

I requested to move into another room if I wanted to extend a night and the front desk agent said it would be $100 more (on the current rate)
And I required to check in and check out, and hold another $200 - like a new reservation.
Keep in mind the hold took 4 days to be released. Such a hassle. I stayed at a different hotel.

And lastly, the WiFi is slow. So if you’re planning to work in your hotel room , don’t.

Our group stayed there 6 nights, everything was ok until the last day. This hotel was no water for 1 day and 1 night. Never heard anything like that before right?
And they said we will have 50% off if we stay that night because it is 10pm already, we don't wanna go anywhere, and we think 50% off is a good thing for deal with no water so we accepted.
But when we checked out another guys at the front desk he said: "no one guarantee for you about discount, and i am not the one tell that".
I don't know how to explain what i feel, i told him, "we have to live in a hotel no water but you just say sorry, is that all?"
He said: "i don't have water to use too."
OMG i am the one paying for the hotel, we are different.
Terrible hotel.

Where do I being? We got there around midnight, and first thing we couldn't go in without calling the front desk to open the door for us. Then I asked her to use the bathroom, and she gave me a key card for the lobby restroom, and it wasn't working. She didn't mention that they locked everything at 11pm. So why would she even give me a key card if the doors were locked and key cards weren't going to work? Then we drive all the way to the back of the parking lot close to where our room was going to be. And the key card wasn't work on the gate to let us in. She forgot to mention this to us while we were checking in. So we had to walk all the way around the outside of the building back to the front desk for her to tell us that. Then she tells us if we have a complaint to put it on the website. It was the worst customer service I ever got. Oh, and the parking was so bad people were parked everywhere to the point that you were blocked in. Needless to say, we will never go back there again. The rooms weren't too bad, but everything else was terrible

Cars get broken into!!! Rooms are great but wifi is spotty and frustratingly pathetic at best, testing at usually under 7mbps when available, good luck getting anything done with that, and there's no parking when you get in late, saw someone getting towed this morning. My work van just got broken into last night, all my power tools are gone.
