We stayed in the hotel for two weeks for our holiday to Orlando. This hotel is great our room was massive with a kitchen. The cleaners came everyday. The hotel is very clean. There was some mould on the wall beside the a/c unit but it didn’t really bother us. The bed was very comfy had a good sleep every night. There is a bar in the connecting hotel which you can use it’s really good. Loads of parking. The location of this hotel is great there’s a kfc and dennys right beside it there’s also a dollar tree and a walgreens a small walk away and it’s very close to sea world. All the staff at this hotel are very friendly. The breakfast is nice I enjoyed it nearly everyday they had normal stuff like toast, pancakes, cereal and they’ve yogurt with granola and fruit and then they have someone cooking that do different things everyday. Overall I had a great experience at this hotel and would recommend anyone to stay.

There was a mix up with our room when we arrived. What we had booked was not available which we encountered at another Marriott on our same trip, but the staff was so accommodating and gave us some great options to choose from. Things happen but their customer service was amazing and really helpful. We really appreciate how they handled it and would stay here again! Also the pool is huge! Great stay!

The guest room was not very clean, but it is equipped with a kitchen, which makes it convenient for the whole family to travel. However, this may be the reason why the room is not clean. The front desk staff very nice and the geographical environment is very convenient. It takes only a few minutes to go to Universal Studios. There is a landmark Ferris wheel at the entrance of the hotel. The only thing to note is that hotel parking is not free, $24 per night.

In December we booked a suite at the Element Hotel in Orlando for our family vacation. Upon arrival we noticed a slight oder in the room and chalked it up to Florida being a humid state. After day 2 the smell got worse and I decided to investigate where the smell was coming from. I narrowed the smell to the bed and pulled back the sheets and discover that the previous guest urinated on the bed liner and the hotel cleaning crew just put clean blankets over the stained liner. I called and complained to hotel management and their primary response was why didn't I complain sooner. My response to the front desk was that we were here for the amusement parks and planned to spend very little time in the room. After much back and forth they sent house cleaning to our room to deal with the situation. The freighting part is that they only changed the sheets even though the urine made it through to the mattress. Again, they decided to just cover up this mess and put clean sheets on a urine stained bed. When I pointed out that another family would be staying here after we left they didn't appear to care.||Finally, I just informed them to move me to another room and refund my hotel stay. ||The photos that are attached is the stain protector sheet that is hidden beneath the sheet and comforter. This is what I found when I pulled the comforter and sheet off the bed.

We booked this hotel based on location and a quick glimpse of decent reviews. We were really disappointed. The rooms are in need of a paint job and a MAJOR deep clean. Our bathroom sink had a crack that will filled with a caulking of a different color than the sink. There was hair everywhere, especially in the bathroom. After returning to our room at the end of the day, there seemed to be more hair in the shower and bathroom floor than when we left. Our beds werent fully made and tucked in. The flat sheet we left on the floor was haphazardly folded and left on the bed again. There was no full length mirror in our room, while other rooms had one. The high points of our stay were: the breakfast, the staff was really friendly and the hotel was family/child friendly, the pool was great, the lobby was nice and smelled great, and the location was great. The kitchenette area in the room is convenient as well. The positive points basically started and ended in the lobby on the first floor. Also, parking was pay per day which is ridiculous IMO.

The hotel seemed pretty nice from the outside. After being in the room for about 20 minutes, my spirit didn’t feel right. I could not put my finger on it, I just felt unsafe. The bathroom floor was dirty. For the price of the hotel, little things like a trash can in the bathroom and hand soap should be included. Also, all sorts of hidden taxes added to my total is ridiculous. Also, why are the housekeepers knocking on doors two hours before check out time?

I Came to the Element after a 12 hour work day including delays looking forward to the hotel and especially a nice hot shower as I had seen the pics on their website. Needless to say at check in was already a disappoint when I was told that they don’t provide points or nights credits being that “my company was paying for the room”. Seems exactly like a typical corporate America response. Why give nights credit to the little guy or points? After all it’s not like you all are giving me the room out of the kindness of your heart it is being paid for! I stay in hotels almost 2 weeks a month if not more and any hotel that has this policy I make it my policy to not spend a single $1 on anything from food or drinks to extras. It is extremely short sited for the management to not realize that we are employees as well who just had a long day and should be treated and rewarded for staying with this chain. It is okay though my company also offers a survey which I will be doing as well and hopefully in the future we will contract with a hotel who value the actual guest that’s staying and rewards them as many other hotels we stay in do.
The disappointed didn’t stop there though as I mentioned after a long 12 hour day the thing I was looking forward to most was a proper shower only to find that literally only about half if even that many holes were operable in my shower head. Then I was lucky enough to only have shampoo and body wash, no conditioner and we all know after a 12 hour day how terrific it is to have to walk down to the front desk and ask for something that should have been in the room already. Also hope you enjoy warm rooms as my room has been a cozy 75 even after maintenance came out to “fix it”. Nothing better than having maintenance in & out of your room the first hour you check in only to not fix the problem. The baby size lotion was a joke and the photos very misleading of the hotel and area. Hopefully this review will get managements attention and especially teach management that just like everyone else who gets rewards points we can leave reviews on multiple forums as well. I will especially do my survey for hotel feedback as well through my employer and hopefully in the future we will stay at hotels that value the employee not just the company we work for! Corporate greed is ridiculous currently and I’m glad I ordered out instead of spending any money at the hotel!
