I’ve been attending Church in the Son for 20 years and I can’t think of a better church to attend. I raised my son in this church and he had such amazing children and youth pastors who were significant role models in his life. Pastor Alex and Jonathan are such anointed pastors who truly love their families and their congregation. They are honest and tough when they need to be. They do not confirm to the world and aren’t afraid to talk about the controversial issues our world is facing. They stand for the word of God and I find this truly respectable. The church does so much local outreach for the homeless, the hungry, addiction recovery and for the youth, to name a few. We also have a strong global missions team which I am personally involved in as well.

This is an amazing church. The service here is stellar, Pastor Alex is awesome, and it's just a great place to be with God. 10/10

I did get baptized here but it has changed so much. This is not a truly non denominational church it really is just a Penetecostal church that likes to speak in tongues with no Bible studies in the morning taught by the pastor. It's a good church for new believers that want great music, coffee and community. If you want good old fashioned expository preaching it won't be found here. Also, you don't have access to the pastor he is surrounded by security you can't ever ask him or any other pastor questions on doctrine. A very charismatic church with good music but in the end over the top.

Very friendly loving people just be careful if you ask questions about doctrine. They are very involved in the local community, they do food drives and they have additional services Wednesday night. It is a big church so it is easy to get lost in the crowd.

-Just change the name to Pentecost the Pastor encourages the congregation to speak in tongues he does it himself

-His background is from preaching at Calvary Church so he believes in the slain in the spirit and allows it in his church and promotes it

-They push God Encounters to set you free from demons but it will cost you 50 dollars and you have to keep coming back each new semester this always rubbed me the wrong way. Did Jesus charge for these things? Also if they cast demons out why do u keep coming back indefinitely for this "service"?

-They have 3 church services. In the last service they pray over the people at the end of service sometimes in tongues sometimes not. That part is nice.

- I started noticing the pastor get mad if people didn't come down to the from on altar calls. So you just see the same people come down to the front. It became uncomfortable sitting in the congregation. Him lecturing everyone don't move from your seat to use the bathroom or anything because you will be the reason someone won't be saved. Um the holy spirit will convict regardless.

-Also they now do communion every week. Also sometimes the push for it Wednesday night I have never attended any church that pushed this so often that made this feel like it was turning into some tradition or ritual not a holy moment. I didn't like when they started this it was for the past year this has been pushed to always do communion each week so much pressure to participate.

absolutely gorgeous time.loved the graduation for my daughter last weekend.perfect seating love the stage idea for children and it was so fun for her made her so happy to go on stage and see all the kids .thank you for having us.

I’d like to start this off by saying the church looks great. When you walk in everything looks very put together and well setup. I had no issue with this until I realized they cared more about appearances and earnings over creating a welcoming atmosphere. The ushers that walk through the auditorium are very stringy. Unless they know you, they don’t treat you with the same respect. Other people may say that the time they spent here was great. However, every time I have showed this was what my experience was like.
