We were immediately seated upon entry and were waited on by Kay (or Kai). Her customer service was great and although we had a slight mixup with the cookies at dessert, she handled it well and the issue was resolved immediately. The Ocean Blue margarita and my burger were delicious, but the fries were slightly undercooked and not as crispy as they usually are, still seasoned well though. I was initially only given 1 of the 5 fudge cookies that came with the desert and that one cookie was good, but after resolving the issue with the other 4 cookies, they were terrible! They were undercooked, super doughy and the fudge in the middle was too hot almost burnt. I'll never get the cookies again but I'll definitely come again for everything else!

Seat right as we came in. We did have to wait a few minutes for our waitress to come greet us but it was the perfect amount of time to be ready to order as well. Me and my husband went here to redeem my birthday reward and he got the bacon fondue burger and I got the keep it simple burger. After we finished we ordered the mud pie dessert and it was hard to eat because it was still frozen but we talked and it melted and was delicious! If I am in town I plan on coming here!

This is an awesome Red Robin! The restaurant is always clean, the staff is wonderful, and the food is always of the best quality. I’ve been to many Red Robin restaurants in NC but this one is by far the best. I’ve eaten here many times with my fiancé, and our favorite server is Michael. He’s very personable and is always on top of refilling drinks and fries and getting you whatever you need. Really appreciate his awesome service!

Food was okay. Chicken fingers and onion rings were oily. Burger was like warm. Restaurant looked dingy/dirty. Food took a long time to get out of the kitchen. The server was great. Informed us of the kitchen delay. Attentive without being intrusive and kept drinks refilled.

Atmosphere was peaceful. Ordered an Avocado Smashburger. Bit into it and noticed my smash was uncommonly spicy. Lifted the bun. Received a bun with the remnants of the jalapeño relish on it. So either A — someone mistook my burger for the jalapeño one and began putting relish on bun or B — Used the same tool to smash avocado as was used to prep relish sans a thorough cleaning in between. Either way my GI Tract was not thrilled by the mixup. Fortunately my waitress brought out a new top bun and sliced avocado. That’s the only reason why I gave 3 stars instead of 2. KEYPOINT: If you are NOT able to eat spicy foods, but want to eat the avocado burger. PLEASE ASK FOR AVOCADO ON THE SIDE. Don’t risk it. They should know, but don’t. They should do better, but sometimes won’t. And that’s everywhere. Don’t waste your time or risk aggravating your system. Order avocados on the side. And the sandwich was dry after all that so extra Mayo or your condiment of choice.
Ordered a lemonade. I don’t remember the name, I thought it was the Sunset lemonade. However looking at the pics on the Red Robin website, that can’t be right. Anyways, the lemonade was pretty. It tasted like pineapples and sweet tarts. I really don’t like that sweet tart taste. However, if you like that taste you may enjoy the lemonade.

KEY TAKEAWAY— will I be going back? Most likely not. This was my birthday reward from Red Robin, but it didn’t feel rewarding at all.

I haven't been to Red Robin in years. I had the shrooms burger with sweet potato fries. The fries were delicious. The burger was hot and juicy. I absolutely love the garlic aioli. My fiance had the BBQ burger and Yukon chips. He loved it all as well. Would definitely recommend and go there more often.

Mushroom Swiss burger and bottomless fries were excellent, hot, fresh, and nicely seasoned.
Our service was on point, too.
He kept our drinks full and frequently checked on us. The meal was a good value to.
I will definitely return for more good food.
