This was my first time at Ora (birthday treat by my wonderful friend) and made to feel welcome immediately by Ruby and the girls. Due to illness and side effects of medication, my hair (amongst other things) has been badly affected and significant hair loss has been a real issue. Sophie was just amazing, taking the time to talk to me, she has genuine understanding and empathy of the negative, upsetting feelings this evokes. Sophie took the time to talk through even the basics, such as whether I could cope with head massage during washing/temperature sensitivity etc and made me feel so comfortable and safe with her that when asked what style I wanted, I literally said ' do whatever you think is best' and it was the best choice I could have made! Sophie did a fantastic cut, finished beautifully and has made me feel so more confident and positive. I've had so many compliments and can't believe that a haircut has had such a massive impact. I'm truly grateful and appreciative of her skill but even more for her understanding and kindness. Thank you so much xx

Love my 3 monthly trip for a hair cut style & wash, not forgetting the head massage. Sophie is lovely & welcoming & we always have a lot to chat about. Above all else she is an experienced & fabulous stylist/designer/hair consultant. Would always recommend her & the salon which is always welcoming with & a friendly helpful atmosphere

I had the loveliest afternoon with Ruby. So much fun. Gorgeous colour. Exactly what I wanted! AND local food recommendations. What more could a girl want Love Ora. Love Ruby ❤️ There’s such a lovely vibe in the salon. Everyone who works there is professional but friendly. Just a lovely way to spend Saturday and emerge feeling 20 years younger!

Ruby, was so friendly and took her time to explain the products and options. She listened to what I wanted and done exactly what I asked. The end result was amazing and my hair felt and looked so healthy after she was finished. Definitely recommend and will be coming back again!

When I come to Ora Hair Salon I always see Charlotte, she’s so good at explaining the process to me and always goes through my hair goals and what we need to do to get there. I always come out of the salon feeling confident and happy with my hair!

Today was my 2nd time visiting Ora hair and from start the finish the service was fantastic. The staff are all lovely. Charlotte who was my stylist talked me through the process of my treatment and explained step by step what she was doing and answered any questions I had. She had a very fantastic understanding of the products she was using in my hair and was able to recommend products that would maintain moisture in my hair. She took Extra care to check I was comfortable throughout my appointment, Charlotte was on of the best stylist I’ve had. Thank you so much!
